Toronto report on Risk Mitigation & CSR seminar
The Chamber held its acclaimed Risk Mitigation and Corporate Social Responsibility seminar for the sixth time on November 8, 2011 in Toronto with Premier Sponsors Fasken Martineau LLP and Hatch. Partners included Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, MineAfrica, On the Ground Group and the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation. The full-day seminar explained in detail how companies can mitigate their risk in Africa, Latin America and other emerging markets through the implementation of effective CSR programs.
